Healthy Eating


Eating lots of fruits and vegetables helps balance out your bodies need, Broccoli and Carrots are two very good vegetables to start eating more of but all vegetables and fruits will help lessen your condition.

Lose Some Weight


If you have followed the above tips then you will probably do this already! It is a fact though that weight loss in people with high blood pressure makes definite and immediate impacts on your condition.
